During this webinar, our volunteer Hearpeers Mentor, Ruth, will share insights into both processors and what influenced her decision to choose one over the other. Ruth was born deaf, with profound sensorineural hearing loss, and received her first cochlear implant shortly after birth. Later, in 2020, at the age of 23, she was implanted with a second cochlear implant.
